When you use our FREE and completely confidential ‘Expression of Wishes’ service you ensure that your instructions will be followed and also that your loved ones will be saved from extra worry and difficult decisions.
Our form guides you through everything you may wish to consider, such as type of service, if you’d prefer burial or cremation and even what you would like people to wear.
Simply fill it in as much or as little detail as you would like and save a copy with your personal documents. You can also file a copy with us, either email your completed form or print it out and post it.
