We are now offering a facility to enable our clients to pay over time for their loved ones’ funerals.

We already offer monthly payment plans for anyone planning ahead for their own funerals, but until now there hasn’t been an easy way for people to spread the cost of an unplanned funeral.

As our MD Jane Duquemin explains “We know from experience that regardless of how keenly we price our services, a funeral can often be an unplanned expense that may be difficult for some people to manage. Providing an option to spread the cost can mean one less thing for families to worry about.”

She adds “Helping people through the most difficult times is what Beckfords does. We deal with the practical aspects and finance is one of those considerations. People may need help with finance for a number of reasons. For many families the funeral is their last opportunity to express everything they felt about a loved one and it can be reassuring to know that there is help to make those wishes affordable. For others, it simply provides relief that they can manage costs until an estate is resolved.”

As with any type of credit agreement there are terms and conditions to be met but these are flexible and we can offer clients the option to spread part, or all of the cost of a funeral, including the purchase of a memorial, over a period of 12 - 60 months.
